Old People Have Amazing Stories and Wisdom...

I’ve started to pay more attention to older people, they often go unnoticed. I want to make a difference in people's lives, be more aware and put my mobile away more often to be present to what’s happening around me.

How I Know if I'm in Flow...

I’m currently ‘in flow’.

I’m listening to my intuition and following all the signs that lead me around and things are smooth. It’s so much easier to be in flow than to fight against everything. I haven’t always been in flow.

Teaching our Kids Respect...

I’ve been butting heads with my pre-teen lately. I’m trying to figure out why we keep clashing and if I’m really the horrible mean mother he keeps telling me I am.

Why Are we in Such a Rush?

I was given the most magical book, the Art of Wellbeing, Joyous Living Inspired by Nature. It’s beautiful in its content and gorgeous drawn images that show an author who has time.

You Have All You Need...

Looking back on my life, it’s amazing to see that I’ve always been the same. I’ve grown and had different interests, but the person I am inside is the same.

Positive Power from a Young Age...

My youngest son went to a yoga school holiday camp and I was keen to see what he thought. He actually thought it was a bit on the boring side, but he is a boisterous 8 year old boy – although he does love yoga. In his defense, they didn’t do any yoga animals – the camel, cat, dog – I’m not sure what kind of yoga this was as how can they not do any animals!! Anyhow, he was calm and chilled out – bonus and he was handed over a sheet of beautiful affirmations. Freaking AWESOME! I had to share!

Our Family is on a Diabetic Journey…

Rob is my partner and we both talk about how life gets faster and we all get older. This is obvious and inevitable, but we CAN be in the driver’s seat and have some control over the quality of life we’re living.
