Please allow 7 business days extra from order for this service (of course we'll despatch your order asap and it may take less than this). **NOTE with the current Sydney lockdown our personalisation service will take a bit longer and we appreciate your patience.

Your child will be able to find their lunch bag, towel or epi-pen super fast with their name clearly splashed across the front. Embroidery or screen printing (depending on which product you choose) is now available across the top front panel and this doesn’t affect the cooling power of your bag, the functionality of your towel, or the use of your epi-pen at all!

Choose from 2 popular fonts (curly or straight) to choose from and pick any colour to be used.

Get your child’s full name, first name only or nick name along with phone number - whatever appeals across a maximum 10cm space.

Important to note:

Products must be purchased in the same order as the personalisation service so we can action this asap.
We can embroider your name on any of our cooler bags, epipen cases and our hooded towels (we do a screen print on our medical organisers/insulin coolers with built-in panels).
Our embroiderer can ONLY do letters in the English language and cannot reproduce accents/other language symbols.
Any special areas of focus please include comments in our special instructions area and if we can't deliver we'll let you know.
Our personalisation service is not covered under our 12 month warranty in the case of any manufacturing faults.
